If planning drawings have not been provided by you or ArkiPlan.co.uk, Building Regulations drawings are priced from £650.00*.
(**Note - This doesn't include your local authority application/inspection fees (normally £400 - £800) or the cost of any hired professionals requested by your local Building Control department)

Prices Explained 

ArkiPlan.co.uk don't believe in complicated pricing related to the size of your loft conversion, where you live or how many storeys your extension will have.

The truth is... (sorry competitors)... no matter what you are doing to your home, the amount of planning drawing time required and forms to be completed varies very little when applying for Planning Permission... so there is very little reason why prices should vary as much as they do when using other companies.

Planning Drawings Price Explained

1) We charge a flat fee of £300.00* for every domestic Planning Drawings Application we process. This fee is paid when prompted on your web portal in 2 instalments of £150.00. The first instalment is made at the initial application stage and the second is made once you have seen and approved your planning drawings.

This fee pays for:
 
ALL necessary planning drawings

ALL completed planning documentation

ALL drawing amendments or Design & Access reports required by the Planning Department

This even pays for us to submit the planning application and liaise with your local Planning Department throughout the application process!

Building Regulations Application Price Explained

2) Once Planning Permission has been granted we can upgrade your planning drawings to a set of Building Regulation drawings from just £450.00* This includes a material specification suitable for Building Control approval and submission to your local authority if required.

Note - If we have not provided Planning Drawings and you can not provide an AutoCAD file of Planning Drawings we will charge from £650.00 for Building Regulations drawings. This is because we will need to draw your entire house from scratch.
