All drawings produced by ArkiPlan.co.uk are for the purposes of gaining Planning Permission or Building Regulation approval from your local authority only.

ArkiPlan.co.uk is not responsible for any building work that is carried out using these drawings.

Drawings should not be used to scale from and all dimensions are to be checked on site by the contractor prior to any work being carried out.

Your local Planning Authority or Building Control Department may request that structural, wildlife or similar surveys are carried out by hired professionals. Should this happen, ArkiPlan.co.uk will not cover these costs but will aim to make you aware of these requirements as early as possible.

You will be automatically prompted by the ArkiPlan.co.uk web portal to make your two drawing fee payments at the relevant times. Work will not proceed on your application until a required payment is received.

Your Local Authority Planning Application Fee will be calculated by Arkiplan.co.uk at the start of the application and you will be required to pay this directly to your Local Planning Department once drawings are ready to be submitted.

Once Planning Permission has been granted, ArkiPlan.co.uk can produce Building Regulations drawings and submit them to your Building Control Department on your behalf. Your Local Authority Building Regulations Application Fee will be calculated by ArkiPlan.co.uk and you will be required to pay this directly to your local Building Control Department once drawings are ready to be submitted.

ArkiPlan.co.uk make no guarantee that Planning permission or Building Regulation Approval will be granted for your proposed building work.
